  8. Feedbacks are there for this kind of things. Not forums. Otherwise if you post it on forums you have to be ready for no-life people like me laughing at your situation 

    But to us it looks like you are complaining to try to get free credits.
    The devs have a record if you received them or not. If you did receive them and emailed them complaining on not getting them, you could be in big trouble.
