I had 45 daily xc coins and when I bought this months avatar it says not enough?

  1. Please ATA explain why after I bought this month avi for 45 daily xc coins it's shows up as 20 and so says not enough please fix this issue thanks.

  2. Monthly avatars are bought with avatar coins not daily xc coins

  3. Avatar coins are different from xcs coins.

    Unless you buy avi coins for real money dont expect to get anything. After 6.5yrs with this acc i havnt even gotten 60 avi coins yet

  4. You can buy the 13 monthly coin avis for 25 daily XC tokens, which I think is what is causing the confusion.

  5. I also get an error when trying to buy the daily coin option for the Avi. I have over 100 coins and it says I don't have enough. I'll log a ticket.

  6. Send a help ticket! If you check the monthly thread you'll see a number of us have reported this issue already. Let ATA know you're also experiencing this bug and hopefully they get it fixed for all of us ASAP
