I bought a VIP Lounge and did nkt get it

  1. hello does anybody kniw the email of ATA? I purchased VIP Lounge and did not get any rewards and they also deducted the payment to may bank account. I already sent ticket but. We are talking about real life money here so i am at panic mode.[​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]

  4. They will respond to the ticket when they respond. And de-escalate your panic mode. If the $20 or whatever scares you this much that you can't wait for a response maybe second-guess if you should even be spending it on phone games.
