Idk if they’re using ai for these responses but what’s the point in even having the option to submit a ticket for missing rewards if you’re just going to ignore the issue completely and feed me some irrelevant ai generated response? I’m done doing offers until they fix this
Ata has said right from the start they have no control of the reward system of these third parties. If you are having issues you gotta contact the support for the offer compny you chose. Ata can do literally nothing. They do not own any part of these other companies
Were you logged into more then 1 acc using parallel space or some other similar app? Thats been known to cause issues with rewards going to the unintended account from what you wanted
Nope I’m using my iPad though so maybe that’s why? But I don’t understand why that would make a difference and if I have proof of completion then why can’t they just reward the ECs instead of giving me a hard time? I’ve had this issue in the past and that’s what they did, also back then I talked to real people not ai bots. With as much money as they make they should be able to hire real people. I am so disappointed
What do you gain from defending them? I've also had this issue and like Aespa said, they would reward the credits if you submitted a ticket. If you don't understand that everything they do now is out of greed then I have no idea what to tell you.
Bots are used to anser questions that are most commonly asked to save time. That way proper tickets can be seen to faster without time being wasted on questions that are asked 27483659483937397493 times
Im not defending anyone. Just stating facts. Ata have literally zero control on how another company decides to run their business. They have zero control of bugs in the system of another company. Tickets to ata can do nothing. Ata have made this clear in every post they have made about tapjoy and revu. Dont blame other people for you not sending support tickets to the right place? If you have proof of reward not being recieved then send the proof in the ticket?

On the rev u website it says to contact the ata if rewards are missing so I really don’t think u know what you’re talking about. U are blindly defending a company that sees you as a dollar sign not a human. U are part of the reason why these companies are never held accountable
I play no part in anything. I dont spend money on this game. People have been trying to fight the money greed issue for years and its only getting worse. Its called choosing your battles and not wasting energy. I couldnt care less if the company went bust and everything got deleted by the morning. Would suck for the staff but doesnt effect me in any way. I put my energy towards shit that actually matters

I have been playing this game for years and have formed long lasting relationships with people on here, I also invested a lot early on which is why I continue to play. I don’t want all of my progress to go to waste. so when it comes to choosing battles, I’m choosing this one. What ATA is doing isn’t right. In America we’re pretty much in a recession, I don’t have a lot of money to spare. The only way I’m able to afford to participate in this game in a meaningful way is by doing offers on the offerwall. So yes, I’m going to complain until the cows come home until I get my ECs. Maybe then they will improve the system. Closed mouths don’t get fed. Appreciate you for trying to help
And that os whats feeding the greed in reality. People constantly complain but then continue to spnd the money and the time to keep doing the same things that are increasingly getting more and more expensive. Costs more money to get the same things. Costs more time to do the same things. Yous all fight with talk but do no action to back it up
I think TapJoy is more reliable than RevU. I’ve done some of the RevU offers too and you don’t get your rewards like you should, but I guess you can’t argue with the masses. I don’t overly blame ATA but at the same time, I’m sure thousands of players have the same complaints and hardly get a resolution. I feel that ATA should make RevU work on their site bugs and have active human customer service representatives to talk to about a problem.
