ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 12 pm AEST ON THE 8th JULY 2018. The winning number will be drawn and announced in the next15 min after the cut off time. Rules and stuff: - Only ONE winner will be announced - The winner will be announced on a new thread and winners' wall. - The winning number generated randomly must match the ticket number. - If there's no winner, the lotto will refresh for the next draw - The ticket with the closest number will be given 50% of the chibis received. (if multiple, chibis will be divided) - If multiple tickets are found with the same number, a ticket will be chosen at random. - Entries received after the cut off time will not be accepted and will not be refunded. - All Chibis will be accepted when the winner is announced and will double as a notification. - If chibis are sent but the form is NOT yet completed by the cut off time, it will be regarded as a donation. - If the form is completed but all chibis are not yet sent by the cut off time then entries will be withdrawn.
Basically gonna only give out the Hypnocat once you reach the amount of chibis equivalent to the price of a Hypnocat. Nice try loser.
