  1. We, the loyal members of Hydra, in the name of the Red Skull, declare the abolition of _Warrior's Presidency, the arrest of his officials, and the new Government of Hydra.
    Hydra shall create a better Government for P.I.M.D. We shall arrest all dissenters and other rebels (i.e. roleplayers). We declare the Red Skull to be the proper, true and legitimate President of Party in my Dorm.
    We demand all clubs pay homage to him and that a Congress is formed in order to further the glory of Hydra!
