Tell someone to sing you a lullaby ? I've never tried that method because I'm falling asleep anywhere ?
This was a pointless thread and only ideas with good quality are advised to be posted here. But since you're a newbie, kinda -Try closing your eyes and creating your dream for 5 min till your mind takes over from where you stopped. -Drink a cold beverage before going to bed (Cocoa or chocolate milk) -Read a book or be productive in anyway -Make sure you'd not be busy the next day so you can cover up for your lack of sleep in the day Hope it answers a bit of your question goodnight!
