How to run a successful club????

  1. Find the funding..... and make sure you really want to but the club first‼️?

You need a good group of admin of about 10 who will help you run your club. Work out the plans with them and give them assignments and task to do.

    President
    Vice President
    Executive
    Bouncer
    Club Rep *2
    Club Promoter *2
    Party Geek

Run b2b cat parties and your club will be in no time.

    Check Weekly Activity if Members!
Create a diagram of how you want your club to be!
Promote praise to the admin and members of the club (offer thanks).

Good Luck!!! Hope You Learn From This!!!

  2. You forgot to include that water is wet

  3. But you don't have a club....? was yours not successful? ?

  4. Another suggestion would be to keep club chat active and encourage your admins to help. Sucks for mercs and possible new members when chat is dead because it's actually happening on a third party app club chat. Bring it back over here ?

  5. Not very credible right

  6. Op are you indicating that you're gonna make a club like this soon? If so I'd like to join to leech off ur cats ;)

  7. You name it
    broncoo's bodacious bods

  8. Thank You OP, Pliz do a more detailed thread, your experience will be very useful for new players like me who want to run a club one day.

  9. There's a lot more than that you need to run a successful club. You need time for the club to grow and become stabile. I started my club with a bunch of alts and some helpful friends. Doing b2b cats will attract the wrong members, they will eventually leave when you stop doing cats. You can do some cats, maybe once a day, but you shouldn't do too much. Running a club takes time and dedication. There's no recepy to run a club. You need to take things as it come and deal with it there and then.
