how to regen

  3. Wait 5 minutes and you will Regen once. If you have used up all your health (unloaded) it will take one hour to regen. Use it wisely. :ugeek:

  4. Regen, basically you hit party a few times (normally 1 or 2 times) and the wait the regen time, about 5 minutes and then repeat the process
