I really want to lose weight, I weigh 59 kilos with a height of 158cm. Please help. Ps mainly bum, legs and flat stomach
You need to be doing at least 15 minute intense cardio workouts that focus on strength, cardio and plyrometrics before a workout, in my opinion. Also clean eating is going to be a massive factor, but make sure your calorie intake is higher but still eating the right foods. I'd reccomend eating every 3 hours, to help keep your metabolism steady. And exercise atleast 4-5 days a week for 60 minutes at the most.
2 glasses of lemon water a day help too. If you have a big appetite then eat as much as you want but HEALTHY and not all fruits and vegetables are good. Especially avoid apples. Try exercises like Squats, Planks, Bicycle and The boat. Check Google to find out how. Try foods low in carbs like lentils and watermelon, the one that's red on the inside.
Drink lots and lots of water! Workout at least 45 minutes a day u can do 30 minutes of intense workout ... And if u don't mind wasting money I recommend getting on a beachbody program
Become a Vegan for a few months. I guarantee you'll lose weight and help with your heart health. And walk every morning. It worked great for me.
Crack might help :lol: but seriously cardio and eat small healthy meals throughout the day… Don't lose the butt tho you should keep that :mrgreen:
If u dont have medical problems (this case go see ur doc and a nutritionist) eat less... No soda only water, eat everything but small quantities. No pre prepared food (too much sugars and hidden fat). U can have dark chocolate tabs if ur fond of chocolates but no milk/white ones. Cook ur own meals. Walk at least 30min per day. Go swim. Sport is good cos gives u endorphins. And don't count to lose 10kg on a week, it doesn't work this way! Do it slowly but surely! Most important is be well in ur head!!!
Eat Taco Bell, I lose weight eating Taco Bell but my body is odd. I agree with billings keep the bum!!! Save the butt
