how to grow fast with only 10M cost

  1. Dont get 1,000 cost crew
    Buy 6 dorms
    Go to tier 2 (225,000cost) immediately
    Get equal strength and intelligence (Juiced up Jock and Computer Hackers)
    Do jobs
    Don't hire tutors til ur about 20,000 combined stats (20kcs)
    Farm inactives when ur 3kcs (3,000 combined stats)

    Good luck growing
