Welcome To My New Guide! Here is some information to help everyone, new and old! I made a club a while ago and noticed many people don’t know how to become an admin. Admin Ship! So, you are interested in being an admin? Great, many clubs need more people to help. An admin helps starts parties, maintain members, gain members, assist the president, and help the club! How Can I Admin? First of all, you need to know if you like the club. Join the club for a little bit and see if it's something that you like. After that, talk to the president. They will be more then happy to guide you through the process. Take note that many clubs will allow you to leave even if you are in admin, this is called “mercing” or being a “merc” talk to your president about this option. It will allow you to grow outside of your club and be informing of news about other clubs that can help your own. I Am A New Player, Can I Still Admin? I recommend that all new players learn the game first. After this many clubs are more then happy to help you learn the ropes of admin ship. Take note of what the admins are doing such as when they start parties and how they interact in the club. What Should I Be Expecting To Do? Follow all club rules like any other member. Don’t be a drama queen, being an admin is already hard work, don’t make it harder. Welcome all new comers! Welcoming new players or even older players helps your club look like a fun, happier place. This will help retain members. Also, help them in learning the game. Ask your president for more admin rules. I Am Quite Busy In Real Life, I'd Still Like To Admin Though? We always have something come up. Everyone has their own life to deal with and that should take your time. Many clubs have there own rules on how active admins should be, ask your president about their preferences. Let your fellow admins know of this, so they can prepare for your absence I am glad you are interested in becoming an admin and hope this guide helps a bit. First step is always go to your president and ask questions, all clubs are different. For me, I allow any type of member to become an admin. For other clubs such as cat clubs, they want well experienced PIMDers to become an admin. Good luck!!! If this goes well I plan on making one for cat clubs also.?
Of course you can do learn how to mange the game first as much as you can. It will make it easier on you in the long run. They learn the different part of the game which is administrating. Good luck
