did you link your account?

 

When you emailed ata, did you include the fact that you play pimd and your username on top of the email? If you did not, they most likely won't respond.

Also, how long ago did you email them? It usually takes them 24 hours to respond, sometimes longer.

Create an ATA acct. and just log into the other phone make sure you disconnect from the phone you are currently using before you log into the new phone 
