How do I retrive or reset a disconnected account??

It wont let .e link my devices

 

Use ata to relink old account

 

^ do that or just wait till ata resets it

Reset all accounts that should work

 

There are two ways you can retrieve a delinks account.

1)Ata email and password
2)Facebook account attached to your Pimd account

If you have neither of these and delink the account it is lost and won't be able to be retrieved.

 

If you de linked it from your device you won't be able to link it back using that same device. .-.

 

Delinked* don't know what happened there?

 

Were do i go to retrieve it tjough, i know the email and password i used

 

Do you see the sideways s up at the left hand side of your screen? Click that it will take you to the spot that you enter your ata email and password. Your account will automatically be brought back, please remember once you do this the account you are using ATM on your device will be lost. You're only allowed one account per device.

Yeah its on the top right side for Androids

 

There is not a single s on my screen, how do u post pics ill show u

 

where the part that says forums, vip etc. Look at bottom, there is a settings icon. Click that then manage devices. Re link then select your old username
