You're already silenced, you're in an 'all sketiness allowed' RP club and you're not even 20kcs. Short answer is: apply to RP dev with some ideas on how to tramp the game out a bit more, they'll take you on in seconds if you have a cash making plan.

 

You look like a complete newbie, You're new to the community, and you've been recently silenced so your chances on becoming a moderator is slim to none(not even slim)

 

What can you provide to the community? Probably better rp
