If you deleted it you cant. If it was just abandoned send a help ticket about wanting to access it again and anser the security questions. You will have to provide a email that isnt already connected to a account otherwise it will over ride and you will lose access to the account it was originally connected to
Apologize to the devs for quitting the game and beg for your account back (preferably on your knees).
