If I were you, i would buy some tutors. They'll increase how much you make per hit by more than 2x if you have max plunder. To get max plunder you want 15m x your kcs in tuts, so in your case about 200m in tuts. And good luck with your goal

Perm silenced is when you've been silenced for breaking the ToU or RoC 3 or more times so you can only speak in forums and club announcment.
