  1. She was bright, energetic, happy, and a little odd. Her name was Harley, and she was born with issues that developed later in her life. In elementary, she was told she had to wear a hearing aid, which had caused her problems such as other kids asking questions she couldn't answer. She wasn't much of a fan of the attention she got, as a matter of fact, she wished to be alone most of the times. After a while she met a boy, a boy who was weird, but didn't notice the hearing aid, or seem to care if he did. They became best friends and she would follow him around, kind of like a side character. One Friday at school, the boy had decided to go outside the school grounds to play. Harley had followed him out into an alley.

As she followed him, she began to feel like it was a bad decision, so she had told him that they should go back to the school. The boy convinced her it was okay and led her into a yard. They played games, and looked at the fish, having fun in the man's back yard. After a while of playing, the man saw the two kids and yelled at them, telling them to get back to school. They left, only to be found by the girl's older brother. He had taken them back to the school, to their parents, which were both crying. After being separated, Harley was sitting in the car silently on the drive home, the vehicle filled with a thick silence that would have unleashed all horrors upon Harley should she have broken the silence.

Once at home, Harley's mother had strictly told her to sit on the couch. Harley sat on the couch as her mother began to yell at her. Unable to handle it, being scared and knowing that it was going to happen, Harley began to cry. Her mother had sent her to her room, where she then fell asleep.

  2. A couple years later, she is at a new elementary school, and a counsellor is there, telling her about this other school that would be better for her, that would be more fitting because she has a disability. Harley accepts to go because the school sounded right, like it would work out, and then she was transferred to the school.

In that school, Harley made more friends than enemies. She even had a crush on this boy. The year was halfway over, but Harley had learned just like all the other students, only when she learned, she was also told because of what she was that she had to work harder to make a name for herself, that she had to work harder than any normal student out there.

Harley also became friends with this girl who was a liar, and said she loved fighting. The girl had caused Harley to have an in-school suspension where she had to have lunch in the office. After that she no longer liked the girl at all, and decided to hang out with the other girls. They were nice and kind to her, and they liked her.

Once that year was over, Harley had become smart enough they decided to try her for a integrated class, where she was still under supervision, but she still learned pretty fast. She had some really nice teachers, and had enjoyed being with them.

She enjoyed her swimming trips from the school, and her friends, her life was good, even though she spent the mornings alone before school started.

  3. Once she went to junior high, things got tough real fast. She was on this bus with other kids, and they were loud, mean, and not fun to be with, so she stayed excluded from their group. At first they ignored her, letting her be alone. Then after a while, they had began to pick on her when she tried to be alone.

They never saw her at school, and the other kids just saw bigger kids picking on her, so they followed them. They had fun being mean to her, so she started to become insecure. She became integrated into the normal classes, and then began to get bullied by this one kid, saying she smelled bad, and a bunch of other mean things. She had suddenly become the student who everyone in the school bullied. Her Life fell apart. She didn't want to go to school anymore, and she ran away from home twice because it caused many fights. She couldn't handle the school anymore, and she had even gotten two counsellors there, first one was for her depression, the second was because she met someone who had at least built her self-esteem up better.

  4. Harley was very miserable. Every kid had picked on her, bullied her, or outright let her be bullied. Nobody dared to help, and instead just let it happen. Once she began to date, there were nasty rumours spreading out there, and everyone had began to start saying she was gay, or lesbian. She began to believe it, and hate herself, then she broke up with her boyfriend because she felt like she would cause him too much trouble. Everyone who cared for at least her relationships told her that it was the wrong move, and that she should explain and try to date him again. So she did, and her best friend was also dating. They became better as they dated.

A few weeks later Harley has trouble contacting her boyfriend, and keeps trying. After three months, he tells her it's over, and that he has moved away. Harley fell back into the despair she tried to crawl out of. She sprialed back down, feeling like she had died.
