Well what I did when I started out if I remember correctly I opened 6 dorms first then added 3 computer hackers and 3 jocks and lvled them to Lvl 4 after that gradually open more dorms up to I think 12 then evenly space out ur computer hackers and jocks and Lvl them to Lvl 4 That should cover ur first upgrade
First, put all your money in tutors. You want to have 15m x your kcs in tutors. This will increase your plunder by more than 2x. Afterwards, scroll near the bottom of this guide. I wrote out what I would do to get bc there.
