Help tickets

  1. Don't you just love when Ata doesn't close help tickets or just leaves them open and not respond for days
     
  2. They close naturally after a few days of inactivity
     
  3. I just keep messaging them if they’re still open. Sometimes they forget I think.

Like im trying to get a new name, no one has the name of i search it but then I try to change the name and it's like nope someone has it, my guess is that someone got expelled with the name and their player data has the name but their account is deleted hell if i know, but these dummies need to fix it

  6. You can reply and ask em to close it. Or ask your question right in the open ticket

  10. The ign you want may be a player that never finished tutorial
     
  11. Send them a follow up message. It is ATA's responsibility to answer your question in a timely matter.
     
  12. No, he means when they already answered the question and forgot to close the ticket.
     
  13. I had a ticket open for 4 days and I chatted about a few different topics before it got closed

    When I send a ticket it gets closed immediately. They don't want anything more to do with me.
     
  15. Maybe cause you did something to stop their support for your account.

    They just know I talk too much
     
  17. That's the point of help tickets. Devs are busy. Unless you have something important or fruitful to say, they won't continue the question.

    Be glad you can even reach a dev. Most games don't account for that.
