help me with my crew questions!

  1. Ok I have 13 dorm rooms! I have them filled with 10 225k crew members and 2 16m crew members! I am going to upgrade again at 500m! Should I spend my money on more dorm rooms or should I evict my 225k crew members and start replacing them with 16m crew members? And also, if I replace the 225k with 16m crew members, should I spend money to bring each 16m crew member to level 4, or should I just get as many of them as I can and then work on leveling them up? Thank u to anyone that can help! 

  3. Replace your crew with 16mil crew but dont upgrade to Lvl 4 straight away replace all crew first
