It's a free market. Anyone can hire tutors.

 

You can hire tuts, just other players can hire those tuts as well. You can't just keep them forever no matter how much you want to lol unless you over price them

 

Try hiring other tutor beside 1k ones

if you over-price your tuts they won't get hired

Stop complaining about them brig hired and just hire back or hire new ones the more you complain as put your self in the spot light the more your tuts will be hired away

And FYI tuts are meant to be hired its part of the game 

First off tutors are meant to hired. There's only situation where tuts should not be hired and that's if you are in a real war.

Keep in mind 2 things, you make money when your tutors are hired. Most of the top players achieved success through hiring and getting getting their tutors hired. The other thing is that these tutors deserve to right to make money by being volleyed.
