I find it to be very useful. If you don't like help tickets though, I encourage you to attempt going through moderators first, to see if they are able to assist you. Here is a list of moderators.
Responses often vary depending on if it's the weekend or a holiday. It also depends on the questions/issues brought up. But, as mentioned, if you've got issues not pertaining to things like the game bugging out, please contact a moderator. We're here to help ?
I’ve had a single ticket open for 12 days with almost daily responses and also had them closed with no response at all so it can vary but I wouldn’t say useless
Also doesn't this seem like a super confusing system for new players? I had to make my own forum post to get any answers and basically all I'm hearing is everything is fine talk to the mods...
You can try the following general troubleshooting practices: Restart the app Restart your phone Reinstall the app (make sure you have linked it to a Facebook or ATA account so you can log back in) Clear the app cache Contact a game moderator (I provided you a list earlier) Send a help ticket See below: Well, if you have issues sending a help ticket to speak with the developers, your next line of authority is the moderators... so we're redirecting you to who you need to speak to about your issues with sending help tickets. This way a moderator can relay your issues to developers themselves, and get your issues with help tickets fixed (as well as the problem that made you want to send in a help ticket to begin with).
