Welcome to PimD! To learn how to play, I would suggest reading the Beginner's Mega-Guide by -Blizzard.

I'm assuming you're from HSH. The tasks are called jobs on here, and on the home page it's (I think) the second button down. To gain stats, we don't do activities or buy clothing. We rent dorm rooms in our dorm (the top button on the home page) and then hire dormmates that raise our stats.

Battling people on here can be accessed from the third button which is called people. Our 'cliques' are called clubs and we don't date.
