I don't think so. I'm pretty sure they could when the game was 17+, you admitted on pm that you were underage, and someone posted a screenshot. Something like that. But pm is generally uncensored. I think the game started December 2010. Not sure exactly how strong an LCBC is. You can buy money with EC. Other than that, probably not.
Just adding on to what FallenAngel said, If someone provides a screenshot of you admitting to be underage in pm, they can send it to ATA and get you silenced.
