Okay, a new story. I hope this one lives, but if it doesn't, I have an idea. --------------- Raina's POV: I sat in the clouds, watching the living people walking on the surface of earth below me. My chestnut hair resting like silk on my shoulders. I felt feelings of anger and jealousy as I watched all the people below me, laughing, talking, and playing. I wanted to be there. To be alive again. "Raina May, what are you doing?", a familiar voice asked me. I turned around to see a handsome boy, with black messy hair, and forest green eyes, just like mine. "Just watching earth," I mumbled. "Why? Don't you like it up here?", he tilted his head. I shrugged and stood up. "It gets boring, Chase," I sighed. He gasped as I took a step closer to him. I tilted my head and walked closer to him. "R-Raina! Y-Your wings!" I looked behind me at my wings, and my eyes widened. They were disappearing. I felt my feet going through the clouds as I plummeted towards earth. "CHASE!" "RAINA!" ----------- It's short, because I'm just seeing if you guys like it.
CHASE!! "RAINA!!" Chase's POV: I yelled out the beautiful girls name, not wanting to lose her. I yelled her name one more time, with no reply. She was human now. She couldn't hear me. I still remember when we first met. *Flashback* I walked shakily up to the gates, the gates of heaven, and slowly walked in. I died because I was hit by a drunk driver. I met a few people, saw my grandmother, and my father. I walked around, feeling the softness of the clouds under my feet. Then I saw her. The most beautiful girl I have ever seen. Wavy chestnut hair, tan skin, and forest green eyes, just like mine. "Hello," I smiled at her. "Oh, hi," she grinned at me, her bright white teeth shining. "I'm Chase Houston, and you are?" "Raina May Nireath." *End* That was only two months ago. I can only imagine what she's doing right now. --------- Raina's POV: I screamed Chase's name one last time, only hearing the birds chirping and cars zooming past. I started to cry silently, as I gently landed on the top of a building. I recognized my surroundings. I carefully stood up, being careful not to fall off the building. I looked around frowning, unable to remember this place. I sat back down, my legs dangling from the side of the building. I was excited to be here, but depressed that I'll probably never see Chase again. I laid down, the concrete roof scratching my skin. I was so used to the softness of the clouds, that I pulled my legs up, scraping them terribly on the building. I winced in pain, as I rubbed my legs, feeling my fingers getting sticky with blood. I peered over the edge of the building, and I finally remembered where I was. On the building, in Detroit, Michigan where I was pushed by my boyfriend, taking my life. -------- Please give me feedback!! I really want to know what you think.
