Hard Riddle #3

    Wow you guys are really good at these ?

    Riddle number :
    3 men were illegally gambling in a house then the police found out and they were put on trial.
    The judge asked each of the men one at a time if they gambled (Really bad judge FYI)
    He asked the first man, did you gamble
    The man denied
    Then the judge said ok you free to go…
    Then he asked the second man the same thing and the same thing happened again…
    Then the judge asked the third man if he gambled.
    What was the third mans answer?
