Btw this is a RP Legends say that a long time ago, instead of being a means of crossing from the light side to the dark side, The Bridge was a world full of life, unlike any place before. There were places like the top, full of light and serenity, and places like the bottom, dark and filled with death. The beings that lived there-strange things called humans-were the separators, the things that stopped the angels and the devils from killing each other. One day, the humans ceased to exist. No one knows why, or how, they could just vanish. But they did. The Middle became a barren wasteland known as The Bridge, and the entrances from the sides were guarded, each by their own kind. They became hostile, claiming sections of the bridge for themselves. Fights broke out. Angels began sprouting the devils' pitchforks with wings, so they would fly away, and devils began burning the angels' halos. Or so the legends say. They say that the leader of heaven and the leader of the underworld had a child. The mother named her Lili Marie, while the father named her Tanya Willis. Their child became a goddess, bestowed with powers much more than anyone else, even her parents. She had to choose a path, which kind to belong to, and she could not. She knew the only way to bring peace to the lands was to use her powers to stop the angels and devils from fighting. And she still does. They say that there still are humans, lucky beings that escaped to either the light side or the dark side, and are living there. But they are as much of their kind as any else, for they have gotten so used to the ways of their kind that they truly believe they are their kind. Lili Marie watches, cautiously, over both sides, and she will for eternity.
