gym people. help me

  1. What work out regimens or exercises would you recommend for abdominals?
     
  2. Just buy insanity. You'll get ripped all over.

  4. Zumba? Lol
     
  5. Not ripped? Then try stripped!
     
  6. Nah. Something affordable and better
     
  7. Sit ups, bicycle kicks are my choice favorites.
     
  8. Crunches? Ab circle? Shake weight? I don't know. I'm a diehard Insanity fan. 
     
  9. Just do jack knives at home, it works for me pretty well.

    Or leg lifts, while scissoring.
     
  10. Jujitsu I've been doing it for three months twenty five minutes four days a week through my school. It's tiring but I now have abs and my endurance times have increased
