I was warned for using offensive language yesterday in creating clubs. Today I was playing saying another member gave me speakers. One of your devs went on campus stating it was because of my previous offense when I was warned and did not create any club. I did not impersonate any mod or developer. So my silence is not just. I have included ss of my warning and PIMD posting on campus.

How can I be warned and then get silenced the next day?

You were only muted once for those offences though and pretending to get preferential treatment from a mod causes untold amounts of chaos. This is why it is against our TOS to impersonate or falsify dealings with ATA. Your mute is legitimate and will remain.

I was warned for previous infractions so those should have no bearing on today actions. Since royale is not a mod or part of ata the silence is not valid.

    Final email from ATA support

Royale is a retired moderator and still carries weight in the game. Your mute stands

How can it be valid? When does a player that is considered to have "weight" have to be treated as a mod??

If silence at least use a valid reason and not make up rules as you go along.

  2. Just stop pay your time and it's over

  3. Animal leave the thread

  4. Can u make me?

  5. Hmm. This whole thing would be a lot simpler if people just let it go, and let him and ata deal with it.

  6. Based off of the tou if requested to leave thread yes

  7. Wrong. They can only be forced to leave if they've broken the ToU or gone off topic.

  8. He hasn't, so he can stay

  9. Well what if I refuse?

  10. I'm not doing anything wrong... Not spamming or saying bad words... Just disagreeing

  11. I'm eating continuously to gain so called weight. In hopes of being treating as a player carrying weight. Define the required weight needed to be considered for this position. I am nearing 260 lbs now. Is this close or do I have a long way to go?

  12. Can I request a mod come here and explain to me?

  13. That's a stupid rule. Back before I was hacked and left for 3 months, everything was more relaxed.

  14. Bigzee: ATA specifically said it was because royale used to be a moderator. Claiming to get speakers from anyone is not ok especially if it's a moderator or a former moderator you say you got them from.

  15. I call Tom Foolery

  16. So is royale treated still as a mod? No where in the tou does it state s former moderator carries "weight" in the game and has to be treated as a mod.

Since he is not a mod nor ATA then the silence reason cant be valid.

It clearly shows that they didn't have a reason and made one up. The funny part is the email was actually the 3rd different reason.

One of the reasons they messaged another player is. "misleading naive members". So now if you try to mislead a naive player you can be silenced.

So posting "open volley" on campus for a known inactive player would be considered misleading and is noe s silenceable offense.

It's clear they didn't have a reason and tried to find one. If you see what he posted and the reason they gave they don't match up.

  17. It doesn't say in TOU that u can't say you received speakers from anyone. By silencing based on the reason isn't valid as royale is not a mod so it doesn't fall into the category.

So if I worked at mcdonalds and received free food but I quit. Can I go back and get more free food cause I still carry weight at the mcdonalds? No but of course it's ok to make up rules as we go along. Well good for ATA but not the paying players of pimd.
