  2. That would actually be impossible. ATA cannot control the prices of them. Apple does. The company is a control freak when it comes to apps they host. The developers can only give "suggestions." ATA is decent enough that they price match the prices Apple determines on Google Play so it's equal among devices, but overall Apple controls the costs.

  4. Apple is generally really shitty to app developers at every and any company. On top of telling you what you have to price the products at, they also make you pay an annual fee to them to host your app. That's why generally Google Play has a lot more apps in the app store because they host them for free, which helps out individual creators and small companies.
