  1. 🖇 Before posting this I know everyone won’t agree 🖇

    🤔 Does anybody else feel like there should be a value chart or something for furni (not ec value) Like how much a furni would be valued at for bentos (even user created)

    🤯 I seen someone selling the 999 in my dorm (level 1) for twenty something bentos, when I bought mine for ten, not that I’m complaining but person selling bought it for 32 bentos.

    😬 I just find it a bit crazy how overpriced so much furni is. Honestly, the 999 I have at level 1 isn’t even worth 32 bentos, idk it it’s just me or if I sell furni for cheap but I wouldn’t even say my 999 (level2) is valued at 32bentos. I sold a level 4 bed (in bulk with under furni) for a couple bentos (just to get rid of it, I know it’s extremely under priced & I understand everyone plays the game different, it’s just sad seeing everyone get ripped off, especially lower stat players)

    💖 I also understand some furni is more rare than others, what are your opinions on OP furni / a value chart?

    Though I generally agree, making a list won’t likely make the bulk of traders/sellers change their OP pricing 🥴

  3. Oh my bad! Never even seen that thread! That’s true though :( Hopefully others will help newer players / lower star players get a better deal instead of paying op 😳

  4. A lot of people don’t price things based on the item itself but how rare it is and how many people want it. When I started playing I would see people selling 999s for crazy amounts, one specific one I remember was the vocat 999 offered for 70b which I personally find ridiculous but as long as someone’s willing to pay it they’ll keep over pricing. Recently though I’ve noticed prices coming down, at least from what they used to be

  5. I’m usually the person who answers, but I price fairly low since I don’t trade much myself. It keeps me from being too biased 😅

    I do base prices off of what I’ve seen and basic demand though.

  6. It's difficult to make one specific chart too because prices are constantly fluctuating.

    Even if you could generate a price per furniture set it would still vary too much

  8. I mean, I've gotten offers as high as 250 bentos for my 999ec at one point.

    It's not possible to fix prices for furniture unless everyone agrees. Pay what you feel it's worth or get it via ec. 🤷‍♀️
