Friendzone Tl;dr warning So can girls and guys be friends without some variant of sexual tension or romantic feelings? I do believe so, friendzones also aren't limited to just being the unrequited male friend. I'm a woman and I've been friendzoned many times. Each time I was like "but but but why?!? ?" So here we go...more advice, memes, and random wondering from my mind. Hey you Yes you Glad you're here to join me So you're friends with a girl or a guy or whatever...that's awesome! Friends are grand...but you're realizing you may wish to be more then friends. It's okay it happens...step slowly away from the shrine you're building for them and listen to me for a bit okay? Stop putting yourself down around them, I see this so much with one of my guy friends. He befriends a girl and constantly bemoans all the girls he's fallen for that he can't get with, then all of a sudden he likes the girl he's actually talking to and the girls like...no thank you? He comes off as utterly insecure and unconfident. I once had a friend who liked me and I liked them...but got so depressed and down on himself it was actually annoying to deal with him so my attraction for him faded. Stop being mad about it, being friends with someone is awesome, just because they don't see you the same way you see them isn't a bad thing. If the girl plays games with you and such then stop her from doing so. If she just sees you as a friend then make her buy her own food, or whatever. Stop being her surrogate boyfriend or to my girls stop being his surrogate girlfriend if they do not see you as nothing more then friends. This doesn't mean act like a child and stop talking to them or cut them off because they won't fuck you, be mature about it. Stop putting all your time into them. If they've shown they wish nothing more of a friendship, why are you still wasting your time pining away for them? Go out! Do things! Enjoy yourself! If you're looking for a relationship with someone, keeping yourself at home waiting for "them" to text you isn't doing you any good! Now you may be saying "but cherry not all friendzones are equal, sometimes the girl is really a bitch who leads you on." Yes that's true that does happen...but if that happens, why are you still sitting there wanting her? Put her in her own friendzone she probably wouldn't be all that awesome to date anyway. Just do you, be who you are, be confident, and the girls will come flocking. And hey, remember, you can always laugh at them later when something's changed and they come begging for you to like them when they were an ass to you. When I was fat I used to like this guy like a lot, I would drive to his house and bring him like take care boxes when he was sick and stuff, he would always say he'd take me out and never did. And eventually he got a girlfriend...a year and a half later he messaged me on a website saying how well I looked and he was a moron for not dating me blah blah blah...yeah...people do regret things I guess...I have no idea where I was going with that story but I'll just leave it there since I'm sure it had a point... Anyway! Just be yourself, because I'm sure the you who you are is pretty awesome! Just really... Stop building that damn shrine!

The dreaded Friendzone?? Every guys nightmare. If you notice the girl your seeing really likes you and wants you to meet her friends right away, do not do it. Wait at least a month. For some reason girls want their friends to decide if it's a good match or if it's friendzone time. If you wait a month before you meet her friends, she wont even care what they think.
