  4. Join a club. Talk in club chat. Find people with common interests. Follow them. Hope they follow back. Chat about said common interests. Don't be a creep. Problem solved.

    Note: just a heads up man using the club chat and campus will get you a better response than from the regulars who use the forums :)

    PS. Don't be afraid to change clubs if people become inactive :)
