Hey everyone, so not sure if any other player has this problem of not being able to earn free extra credits because all participating companies acquire a purchase via their website. I remember before we could click a section where it said “more offers” and in this section is where actually free ECS were earned. Either by simply downloading the app or acquiring a certain level on the app. I am aware the ECS are almost as twice or 1.5 of the original price from store for example $20=200ecs in store, while in the “free ecs” $20 could equal 350ecs even 400ecs. The whole point of introducing this section to us as players is for us to actually earn Free Ecs without any purchase whatsoever. ATA please bring back these option even if it was for only 4-7ecs each, better then the chances i have getting some free Ecs from the spinner.
I have more money related then games or apps also it sucks but I do surveys on survey sites to make money to do it
Tbh same I never got an offer that wasn’t make a purchase ? it’s more like a deal... because some of it is like $20USD for 800ecs
ATA has no control over the offers being shown to you. For issues relating to the offers, please contact the support team at Fyber. Fyber is the company contracted by ATA to curate the offer wall.
this is not ata problem they do not own, watch over, control the offerwall in ANY way. If your offers are not good for you, you can only wait for fyber to adjust it. NOT ata
Didn't figure ata had control that's why I made survey site suggestion easy money on some sites . that's how I get ecs and even do the money offers for ecs
Those always made me feel weird... like a scam or something. (Granted, most of the offers provided by Fyber do the same for me.)

ATA is profiting by letting Fyber promote. I’m a ATA customer not a fyber. I seek voice here in order for ATA to do what some are you are telling me too (email fyber) i have emailed fyber before and they take longer then support or about the same time. Complaint from a customer is different then a complaint from your employer.
Wait, how does ATA profit from Fyber running ads? Afaik ATA is paying Fyber for Fyber's services as well as losing potential profit from ECs that could have been purchased.
