FOOD, FAT or NAH

  1. TALK About FOOD or Nah
    So I'm like Skinny and trying to get Fat.
    For some reason I can eat on and on,
    But I still don't put on Any weight. Does anyone know why this is. I'm still Young but tall. Do you think maybe I'll Gain the weight as I get older aged around the 30's.
    What type of foods are Fatty foods that I should eat if I wanna get Fat. comment below

Your bodies metabolism is fast enough that it breaks it down so your bit gaining wait, things you can try are sleeping in late cause you usually wake up more hungry an eat more that way an don't do much activity, or eat real late. As far as foods go things like fried chicken etc stuff with high transfats, but not all transfats are bad I believe

  5. If OP eats fries and all that crappy junk food they'll probably break out alot :roll:

    Maybe just eat bigger portions or eat more often and try and move less, idk lol

  8. Happened to my uncle when he was younger. Your metabolism will eventually slow down and everything you eat will catch up to you.

It doesn't always have to be foods like that a lot of people don't realize even salads can cause weight gain with to much dressing especially things like ranch an thousand island with all the oils an calories per tablespoon. Just got to find a system that works everyone's body may be different but lot is similar. I your really determined get a scale an in the morning before u eat an after restroom or w/e way ur self in gym shorts something that won't affect weight then make a food log of everything you eat. No matter if its 2 chips or 1 cookie small little things can do more then you think. An weight ur self at least once every week or so an when you see a week or w/e of gaining weight you know what to try an do. don't weight your self every day you will drive your self insane being your weight can change slightly

  13. Lol my dad was like you too when he was younger, and it caught up with him in his 30s now he's all big and diabetic and had cholesterol issues and things. I recommend you don't try and change your eating habits because it's not healthy, or right for your specific body type, bc it will come back in the future.
     
  14. Haha well I work with the medical field so xD that an being a type 2 diabetic I have to may close attention to foods an with my dietitian I got to see often what she tells me not to do an eat I can reserves that to know what to eat etc to be " unhealthy " I guess you can say xD

Shadyyy there's a difference though an eating to gain weight an thoughtless eating, I can gain 5 pounds easy an have no problems an that's with having to watch sugars etc. As far as diabetes you can eat to gain an put weight in an still have very few carbs in it so you don't put to much in over time an get type 1 being type 2 is something u can get from just your genes an family history etc like mine

  17. An shadyyyy diabetes isn't hard to deal with really u can still eat basically anything just some items not as much as before or as often. It's like being on a diet just you actually watch it a little closer xD
