  1. Five-lined Skink

Found this little monster in my sink this morning when going to make lunch. It was a HUGE surprise. I spent nearly an hour yelping and screaming at it. Calm me a wimp, Idc, I'm not used to this type of thing.

BUT I gained the courage and finally picked the fricker up. AND IT WAS SO CUTE. This little juvenile curled up in my hand and my heart melted.

NOW I WANT A PET LIZARD.

  2. You named it yet?

  3. I let it go like the good animal lover I am.

  4. Ooh, it has a rainbow line from its head to tail

  5. I don’t think a lizard counts as an animal mate

  6. It's so pretty!

  7. Reptiles is a sub category of animals, so yes it is an animal. Just like how mammals are animals.

  8. It's so cute!

  9. Right? Can't believe I was so scared of it at first.

  10. It's not as pretty as you though ?

  11. Aren't you just the sweetest <3

  12. Hi Nemo.
Ty for sharing this with us. As you say, it is a 5 lined skink. It is a hatchling as well. Means you will have more youngsters near by. Adults do not have the blue tail, but have a lovely orange to red head. They make great pets. I kept and bred them. 
These skinks are great at keeping down the insects/spiders etc, so if your not a lover of creepy crawlies, those skinks will be a great asset for you.

  13. I want a blue tongued skink someday. But I did my research and females do carry the blue tail into adulthood, do they not? This fella in my sink was huge, it wasn't tiny.

  14. Species of lizards hmmmmmmmmmmm
I though females r afraid of lizards :O

  15. Hahaha, this is called a "5 lined Skink". Also, am I female? ?

  16. Not all females are. Some of us like reptiles

  17. Some females are reptiles.

  18.
  19. Sorry ? ('~';)
