I'm trying to drop some fat and lose my man tities,will cutting my carbs out work? I'm a sedentary guy an don't get off the couch much,any advice would be appreciated thanks..greetings from Sweden
Quit yo soft drink and juices. Switch to water. No eating icecream from the tub whilst watching LotR. Put a few scoops in a mug and eat with a teaspoon in stead. Also buy kale chips and protein shakes. Snack on that whilst you exercise. Or sea weed flavoured rice cracker is the only carbs you are allowed to eat.
Um eat as much as you can possibly eat and don't exercise. That's what I do ? Don't question my gender k ?
