So I'm supposed to be studying for finals but I can't because it's boring and its frustrating. It's not like anyone actually remembers anything that happened at the beginning of the year. And it's anywhere from 15% to 30% of a final grade. What does it even measure? How well I can cram for a test? I'm pretty sure everyone forgets things after they take the test for it so studying for finals is just relearning stuff that no one remembers because our teachers clearly didn't teach the material well in the first place which is why no one remembers it. Oh and 300 questions in 90 min? That's like 18 seconds per question. I can't read a question that fast let alone answer it. So I get finals have a point but they really only drop people's grades. Yea it can boost your grade if you have a very low grade or by a percentage point or two if you have a good grade but take English for example. I have a 96% in the class. Even if I got 100% on the test it still won't raise my grade. If I do less than a 96% it will drop my grade. And besides finals are just hell. So yea this rant is brought to you by me... Sorry I don't like studying. Or finals
