hello pimd, I am embarrassed to say that my club has yet again failed a cat. Smh. We are s back to back Potd club. Supposedly. We do however, do a lot of cats and dogs. Nobody is required to drop. Me and my alt handle that. All I need are good people that will follow hit rules and gift the dropper each party. I also need admins that can run parties while I’m not on. Seems simple right? It’s not. It’s really tough. Most time ecs are open due to the fact we may struggle to complete it ourselves. We get repeat mercs that leave after the party that makes the next party completion more difficult. I will continue to run the club and search for help. So I’m recruiting players that can buy into the cause and help get the club back to where it once was. Thanks for your time.
Same here buddy I just don't care if people stay or not I m well capable of finishing the party just it makes the loads less when people are around also save ur kini Cat bro you will need them later
Good luck on growing the club, it’s a nice club as well in the various times I’ve spent there in the past.
"Must post UL in chat if hitting party" "Gift dropper" "Hit non-money bars before money bars" These sorts of rules that you have usually deter ppl who might've otherwise joined your club. Also, if your club has trouble finishing cats, there's no shame in giving up and deciding owning a club wasn't for you. It's often more stress than it's worth
Good luck to you. It's not easy. Knowing when to stop is important though. Know your limits and don't go crazy trying to save something that's not working out. Omiyosiw is right in that regard for sure. It sucked when I shut my club down, but it was for the best. If you're getting really stressed and/or it's affecting mental health then it's not worth it. Games should be fun

Good luck with the club... It's hard finding the right people but when you do you won't even need a full club.
I suggest you change the rules of the club. Forcing people to gift for hitting ec parties is a turn off. Also forcing them to talk. If someone wanna be admin, let be a party jockey at least. I had my club for 4 year and I just make everyone admin and it kinda runs itself now. People hardly talk, but they hit parties, so club runs well. Alot of people like playing, but dont have time to sit all day talking in the club chat. Put the club on auotjoin, people are more likely to join, also for LBH. when club is full, increase the stat limit so the club can grow. Higher stats, faster parties. Fair enough to close the club if you're doing ec parties, but dont force your regular members to gift for cat. If you're failing cat, dont force outsiders to pay, let them help you. Regular members might leave your club for this too, not just LBHers.
Making people have to gift every drop makes more work to. Its extra stress you dont need. People will gift if they want to. Making it optional takes out 1 more job you have to do. Running a good club is a full time job till you have good admins around all times of the day. And that means 3+ admins for each time zone pritty much so that not relying on just 1 person
I don’t get it you’re asking for proactive folks to join but saying your club can’t finish a cat party ??? I might be wrong but I don’t think that’s how it works~~~
No merc passes? 🥴 So if I've been in the club from the beginning but happen to join during a cat or something I gotta pay? I think you should look at other club walls and completely revamp yours
