You evict them to get money back, duh

There are several reasons as some of the above users outlined. You get 20% of the total amount spent on the crew back when you evict them. So for example if you spent 40b total on the crew you would get 8b back when you evict them and so on. Let me know if you have any further questions!

 

I evict dormmates often just to answer questions of what mate gives what amount of stats
