DOCTOR NOTES

  1. As you all know doctor notes(dn) help us to regin in a fraction of a second but unfortunately there arent any Ways of getting them else buying or jobs
    AND ALSO U ONLY HAVE LIMITED JOBS AND LIMITED DOC NOTES FROM THERE
    Still the jobs drop ec but dn NOOOOO
    THIS IS A REQUEST TO PIMD DEVELOPERS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT
