Do not skip breakfast

  1. It is important that you eat something when u wake up it doesn't matter what time u wake up really but please fuel ur body so that it will stay good thank u

  3. Lol thanks :D its the most important meal of all the other meal id say. :D plus the 8-10 glasses of water each day. :D and an apple. LOL
     
  4. Yeah I'm gonna skip it anyway, if you can find a way to fit it in my schedule and sure I'll eat but yeah. Have fun trying to do that 

  10. its called having a sense of humor :) no insult taken and I eat big breakfasts on the days I work because I usually dont do lunch capiche :)

  14. Breakfast only on weekends... there generaly 24 hours gap in between my meals i live on coffee and my body is completely fine... op is a liar

  16. There are plenty of people who actually do not eat when they get up. I for one don't have an appetite when I wake up, so unless I want food, I'm not gonna eat it. :|
