So i have 3 tickets into Support for over a week now, one of which is almost 3, ive checked spam and my email daily without a response. Anyone know what's going on? Mods just say that they are having tech issues and server problems, but its been weeks! Blarg!!! dW!!!
I'd love to work for them or with them, I wouldn't answer emails either, and if I did I would only email u crap.
I stalked them down on a third party system, and spoke to an engineer, he gave me their CEO's name and how to contact them. But im sure ill just be ignored and im scared.
Lol. I sent an email once and didn't get a reply until 8mo later. And then another time, I got a reply within hours. A week isn't that long. Breathe in, breathe out. If you're writing abt a bug and they haven't replied, chances are you're not the first/only person to report it, and they're working on it. Probably better they spend time fixing the bug than emailing all the ppl reminding them of it, yes? If they are having tech problems, it's possible that they can't fix your problem right now, and so any email back to you would just say "we got your email, sorry we can't fix it just yet, we'll bookmark this for when our computers are working again." And that's not super helpful, either, so they're probably focused on fixing their servers/computers. If it's just a game squabble, possibly they've prioritized the bugs and their own computer problems, and will get to nonessential support issues when they can. Either way, it sounds to me as though you've done your part by emailing them. If you don't get a reply by June 15, I'd forward them your original email, with any additional details that you might have left out (game, name, screenshots of problem/bug, detailed description of what happened/how you found the bug, what kind of device you use, etc.) the details help them if they're stumped as to how to fix your problem. I hope they answer soon, but forums like this don't get their attention. Patience, grasshopper.
The major one is im silenced for 3 months bc a mod decided wtf is ok but mil* is silencable and this is my 8th however 7 of which were over turned.
I meant their attention, i wanted others to share in the misery of which is my life. Also, to have some suggestions thrown at me. Not by mods or devs but others that share this fate.
