Ok ive sent messages to several Moderators about a clubs disregard to the ToU and they wont get back to me or do anything once j say the club. This is unfair they way they do this. I personally think the mods we have now are doing a good job but this is absolutely unacceptable. Can a dev or a mod other than Zeuss, Cookie, Spiny, or NeonWolf get back to me please! Thank you.
They wont help me. They ask me whats wrong and when i tell them nothing happens. And there was only one mistake in there. I have my spell check off.
Magic that's most likely because they contacted devs and are waiting for replies or for a solution to the problem. Mods aren't gods, they can't control everything or fix anything at all, so be patient and give them time. I'm sure they are trying their best.
I understand the mods arent gods but it shouldnt take 2 days to get back to someone. And mods shouldnt delete what you wrote on there wall the second they get it, then not get back to you.
They like to keep their walls clean and I'm sure they wouldn't want to draw attention to the problem. I'm sure they have their reasons for not responding right away ...
Perhaps take a minute to wonder why we didn't reply to you? Actually don't bother: I'll tell you. We don't usually silence for advertising that particular app. Developers and moderators constantly post about it so it would be horrendous double standards to silence others for the use of it. Additionally, the app's name was displayed on a club info page. Firstly, there was no contact info displayed. No group names or usernames. Secondly, it was on a club info page. This means that in order to remove it we would have to contact an administrator of the club or support staff. And quite frankly, I'm not going to embarrass myself by asking for something that doesn't violate the rules to be taken down. So that has dealt with your issue, moderators refer to that app so much that it would be wrong for us to silence someone for mentioning it. However, I would consider silencing an individual who posted a group name. Luckily, none of this has occured so there is no problem.
I have the same problem I mean ik they r busy and stuff but sometimes I ask a mod a question and the just delete my wall post, that's unacceptable

I contacted the devs over the pm earlier. =\. I'm just waiting to hear back. I can't edit a clubs page, nor can I go throwing down silence warnings when they have a billion admins that could have put it up.

And cookie i understand where you are coming from but technically, it still is a third party app and should still be dealt the same way as someone saying "message me on ping" and then they get silenced. I dont want to start an argument and like i said already, i like mods and support you guys 100% but i just needed answers. The least you could have said was that you had just emailed the devs.
