cutting

  1. Is cutting oneself bad or unhealthily
     
  2. It's bad an unhealthy.
    I used to but my BF convinced me to stop.
     
  3. Very very bad and unhealthy.
     
  4. My bf is trying to make me stop and I just cut my arm
     
  5. Try the butterfly method.
    Everytime you feel like cutting draw a butterfly on your arm.
    If you cut, you kill all of the butterflies on that arm.
    It worked for my friend.

  8. You can also try the rubber band, that's what I always suggest.

    Wear a tight rubberband on your wrist. When you get the urge to cut, snap it a few times. That's how I quit.
     
  9. I use the rubberband now and it's working quite well. 
     
  10. I used a different method. 


    It was called the Guilty Method. Everytime you have an urge to cut, you think of extremely sad things that would affect your family if you cut yourself. :0

    It works for me. ._.

  12. Or you could go with the "my parents check my arms" method. Pretty effective

    But there's another method. :0

    It's called the Music Method.

    Listen to a soothing song and cry silently whilst using the Guilty Method. .-.

  16. U should try think about all the good things in life that you have that others don't have cause cutting itself won't help anything
