  1. ❄️Let it Snow❄️

Hi there. Chill here, coming at you with another thread.

    Boom.... Bow.... Ta-dow...

So... where I am in the world right now... there is a lot of this snow stuffs.

Here are three facts that may or may not be interesting to you.... about snow, that I googled, because I am not a snow expert, and refuse to pretend to be, but wanted to share what I read today about snow... with you lovely people...

Reader discretion is advised as the following information may be considered a bit...
    cold.

    ☃️Fact #1 Snow is colorless.

“The complex structure of snow crystals results in countless tiny surfaces from which visible light is efficiently reflected. What little sunlight is absorbed by snow is absorbed uniformly over the wavelengths of visible light thus giving snow its white appearance.” National Snow and Ice Data Center

    ☃️Fact #2

80% of all the freshwater on earth is frozen as ice or snow.  This accounts for 12% of the earth’s surface.

    ☃️Fact #3

    A
blizzard occurs when you can’t see for 1/4 mile. The winds are always 35 miles an hour or more.  The storm must last at least 3 hours to be classed as a blizzard. If any of these conditions are less, it is only a snowstorm.

Great. So now that you have read some facts about snow... now I have a task for the community....

    TL;DR
Post some interesting snow pictures, epic snow stories, or your favorite snow related gifs (pronounced jif like jiffy lube) below to make me feel all warm and fuzzy.

    Chill... out.

  3.
  4. Uh, one time, I went snow'sploring with my friends but am an idiot and had my keys in my pocket and they fell out and we had to spend three hours looking for them so I could drive home when theh lifted the travel ban. :)

  5. Snow is cool.

  6. One time as a child we had a big storm in Philly and I thought the whole “Your tongue will get stuck to a pole if you lick it” was a myth. So my dumbáss licks the pole and gets stuck. I’m just standing there crying for help, everybody laughing at me...(luckily social media wasn’t a thing). My friend goes into his house to get his mom and some minutes later bruh...she came outside in a robe with a pot of BOILING HOT WATER. I pulled my tongue off that pole so quick. I don’t even remember if it hurt.

  7. I've never touch snow my whole life :(

Anyway my dog Scout LOVES snow. He flops down into it and rolls around in it.

Holly loved the snow too before she passed away. She would tunnel under it and hide.

  19. My memories with snow is riding on a buggy and horse through the snowy forest with warm drinks and blankets.. tobagonning ( probably spelt that wrong ) down giant snow hills with my brother, older boys hitting snowballs in my face, crawling through home made snow and ice tunnels & of course eating snow :) yum lmao...

My favorite memory is watching the first snow fall out my living room window as a kid , the sky was bright pink with the street lights bright yellow and that snow falling was like silent night.. peaceful and beautiful.. nothing moving outside just the snow falling.

    :D
