chat deleting?

  1. Is anyone else having their chat deleted every few minutes? I have iOS and can only read about 4 people's posts at a time. Just wondering if I'm alone here or if there's anything I should try.

  7. My chats (Campus Chat, Tutor Chat, Club Chat) also deletes/refreshes when I switch from WiFi to data, and vice versa. I'm not sure if it is a glitch or if it has been designed like that.

    Try sending a ticket to support via the help button, so they can help you.
