Have you heard about the One Punch Man workout. If I remember, it was like 100 pushups 100 sit ups 100 squats 1 Mile (?) run/jog And it was daily. I don't know if that's right, but it was something like that.
It sounds somewhat familiar so maybe. Thats definitely a challenge aha. But more of a future challenge. Need something simple to start out with to build off. Sit ups and squats could be good as their own thing for a couple months tho
