Challenge Time

  1. Im setting myself a challenge.
    For this challenge i need some exersize ideas. Something that doesnt require a gym and can be done in 5mins.

    Give me some ideas!

    5. ?
    6. ?
    7. ?
    8. ?
    9. ?
    10. ?
    11. Push Ups
    12. ?
    For every ? i need a different exersize.

    Help me fill the blanks
     
  2. Have you heard about the One Punch Man workout.

    If I remember, it was like

    100 pushups
    100 sit ups
    100 squats
    1 Mile (?) run/jog

    And it was daily.

    I don't know if that's right, but it was something like that.
     
  3. It sounds somewhat familiar so maybe.

    Thats definitely a challenge aha. But more of a future challenge. Need something simple to start out with to build off.

    Sit ups and squats could be good as their own thing for a couple months tho
