cant open any chat

  1. Hello guys whenever i Open my campus chat private chat i doesn't open I dunnoh why
    I went to the help centre i talked to them but they said reinstall it i have done it but nothing happened and now when i again went to the help centre but look and my luck I can't even open that
    Plz guys anyone help me out
    It will be very nice of you
